We put as much care into designing our Fitness Area as we do our climbing walls. Unlimited access to the Fitness Area is included in your Momentum Membership.

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Instructors are creating work outs that target general strength and conditioning aiding climbers and non climbers alike. Every member has free access to our group fitness classes.

  • CORE Class  Participants can expect bodyweight movements, isometric positions, KBs, and other weighted exercises. This is a scalable workout class designed to push you at any level!!
  • “Full Body Fitness” Learn specific movements—with focus on proper alignment—then race the clock, completing high reps with little rest.
  • Recovery Class  Participants can expect gentle movement, stretching, foam rollers, and more to aid in finding balance after or before your climbing session.

Fitness and Yoga Schedule

PERSONAL TRAINING

Working one-on-one with a coach is the best way advance your climbing! Your session will start with a skills evaluation where your coach will identify what areas of your technique may need improvement. From there, you and your coach will work together to bring these areas up to par so you can accomplish your goals.

Personal Instruction can be used to refine bouldering skills, sharpen redpoint tactics, prepare for a competition or upcoming outdoor adventure, or just to increase your power and endurance. No matter what you are looking for; we can help! Working with our talented coaches will help you reach your goals more quickly and save you time and energy!

Personal instruction can be booked in blocks of 1 hour, 3 hours or 6 hours.

Fitness and Yoga Schedule
Welcome back to your mat! We can’t wait to see you in the studio!
In addition to the safety measures implemented throughout the gym, our in-person yoga classes will be observing the below safety precautions at this time. If you’re not ready to flow in-person, please join us for our virtual livestream classes on social media & zoom!
  • 5 person maximum in class.  Registration required beforehand. Arrive and check-in with the front desk 15min prior to class. No one will be admitted after class start time.

  • Masks are required from entry into the gym, throughout class, and until you exit. Refrain from forceful breathing techniques while in class.

  • Bring your own mat. We will not be loaning out any mats or props at this time.

  • Prior to entering the studio room, wash hands and make any last minute bathroom stops. Once you set up in the studio, be prepared to stay on your mat for the entire class, and to exit promptly upon dismissal.

  • Upon arrival, set up the front of your mat within blue-taped corners to ensure 6ft of social distancing.

  • Fill the room from right to left, front to back to reduce passing others. The instructor will guide you to appropriate space and dismiss class similarly.

  • The instructor will provide no hands-on assists and will remain on their mat for the entirety of class.

  • In-person classes may also be filmed over zoom and we will do our best to ensure students are not in frame. Please join us virtually over zoom or social media and practice from home if you are not ready to attend in-person.

  • Floors will be professionally cleaned daily and instructors will lightly clean after each class.
