SPRING SEASON REGISTRATION

**We have implemented a Momentum Youth Program Health and Safety Policy due to COVID-19. Class offerings and availability have been limited to adhere to social distancing standards. Masks are required for all participants and staff.**

Spring Season will run February 22nd – May 21st, 2021

Spring Season Holidays Include (No Classes):
March 15th-19th – Spring Break

*A Youth Membership is Required for all 12 Week & Year Round Programs* ($50/month for the first child, $20/month for additional siblings)
*You must call or stop by the front desk to register for Base Camp 2 and Youth Club 2 (Year Round Programs).
