Momentum Sandy features a yoga studio and is a great place to increase your strength and flexibility. Yoga and pilates help climbers (and non-climbers) to avoid injury, increase core strength, bring calmness to their lives, and increase overall physical and mental health.

Momentum Sandy features a Fitness Desk for all your cross-training needs, including incline trainers, elliptical, and a stair trainer for the true mountain masochists. For strength training, you will find a full complement of free weights, heavy lat pull, seated row, military press, bench press, leg press and squat rack. We also have two dual-stack Cable Cross machines from FreeMotion Fitness.
The fitness deck is open to all customers who purchase a day pass or scan their membership card!
