How It Works:

  • Consider downloading the RGPro Connect app for your phone. Once setup, it is easy to manage your reservations and make new ones.

  • Make a reservation to secure your two-hour visit.

  • Only members and current punch pass holders are allowed to make reservations.

    -Children 2 yrs old and up must be members or punch pass holders and have a reservation.

  • Reservation start times are available every half hour (8:00am, 8:30am, 9:00am, etc) and there are 30 spots available during each block.

  • Drop-in climbing without a reservation is available pending availability but will require you to wait. We do not guarantee admittance for drop-in visitors.

  • Please limit your reservations to 4 or less per week. We want everyone to have the opportunity to access the facility.

  • If you would like to extend your visit beyond your two-hour reservation, check with our front desk staff. We can put your on our ‘standby’ list and if we are under capacity or there are no-shows, you can extend your stay.

  • Reservations will open 1 week in advance on a rolling schedule.
    For example: on Wednesday the 20th, the following Wednesday the 27th session will become available.

  • Reservation check-ins will take longer than our normal check-in process, please be patient and stay 6ft while waiting to check-in.

  • Members are strongly requested to bring their scan cards to help expedite the check in process.  Any account updates or transactions must wait until everybody is checked in.

  • Members signed up for a time slot who do not arrive within the first 15 minutes of the start time yield their position to anybody waiting.

  • If you can no longer make it during your reserved time, please cancel your reservations so another climber may book it.

MILLCREEK GYM EXIT:

All visitors must enter the gym through the lobby and check-in at the front desk. At the end of your visit, please EXIT through the doors in the new part of the gym (formerly Planet Fitness).
