Please read carefully through the Policies & Safety Measures below. Check this page often for updates as our approach will change with updated guidelines.
Members, guests, and day pass users are permitted inside Utah and Texas gyms, see gym specific pages for details.
Members & Punch Pass holders are permitted at Washington gym (no guests / day passes).
*LIMITED/NO BELAY INSTRUCTION is being offered at this time, call gyms for details.
Capacity limits: We will use a reservation system to limit maximum capacity at “peak hours”. Numbers and required reservation times vary per location. See the gym specific page for details.
Instruction Available: In the continued effort to minimize close contact we are offering reduced and social distanced class sizes for instruction (this includes yoga & fitness classes, belay instruction, youth programs, and climbing school classes). Call your local gym for more information. If you already know how to belay and just need a certification we can facilitate you at the front desk, this is not an opportunity for a refresher course, please only request a certification test if you are confident you know how to belay.
Utah Facilities: In accordance to County Health Department regulations, all visitors entering fitness facilities must be screened before they can enter the gym. This simply means you must answer the following questions. Please respect your fellow climbers and follow the rules, if you answer yes to any of the following, you may not enter the facility.
Are you experiencing any of the following symptoms: fever over 100.4, muscle soreness, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, or changes in your sense of taste or smell?
Is anyone in your home experiencing any of the symptoms listed above?
Have a question about our new gym operations?
Masks required: Visitors are required to wear face masks at all times.
Utah, Texas and Washington company policy require masks at all times, including while climbing or exercising.
Please bring your own mask, they will not be provided.
Members must respect 10 feet of social distance. We sincerely understand the desire to hug all of our friends, but for the time being, we ask that you keep your distance.
Why is this different from the 6 feet being recommended in other situations? The state requires 10 foot distancing in all fitness facilities due to physical exertion.
If you feel sick, you must stay home:
This is not only a state mandate, but it is the responsible thing to do. Please do not risk spreading illness to your friends and community
Wash your hands frequently (before – during – after climbing)
Certain areas of the gym such as bouldering, fitness, and cardio rooms may be subject to additional capacity limitations. Please be respectful of your friends and fellow climbers, do not overcrowd these tight spaces.
No cash transactions will be accepted at this time.
