But what’s often been left out is the what it is and what it does, why it’s important, how to know if you’re strong enough and how to train it to get stronger in your active endeavors. During this 90 minute workshop you will learn to activate and strengthen the core to unlock power, strength and athletic potential. Join Michael Krushinsky – Momentum yoga teacher, personal trainer and kettlebell addict – for this workshop in which we’ll answer these questions and practice drills to find core strength and stability to support climbers, skiers, lifters, and humans in general.
