​The shoulder may be the most complex joint in the human body, and its deeper mechanics are rarely considered – until and unless something goes wrong. As athletes, we all do good things for our shoulders – loading and unloading cycles in climbing and yoga can provide ongoing maintenance. But sometimes shoulders need a bit more care. This session will explore strategies you can employ on your own to keep – or improve – your shoulder health.
