*Month to Month Memberships are subject to an enrollment fee added to the first month's membership fees. Month to Month Memberships are billed automatically from credit cards, debit cards or bank accounts on the 15th of each month until cancelled. There is no cancelation fee. Please give cancellation form to front desk staff by the 1st to avoid being billed for the next month.
