- Limited to 10* children in the daycare per session.
- If we have no children, we may opt to close early. Please call to confirm.
- Cell phone number is required for all parents.
- Due to the fact that we are an hourly facility and not a full day care center, we do not provide food or naps or administer any medications.
*The number of children allowed in the daycare is effected by the number of kids under the age of two.
Day Care Schedule
Momentum Sandy features a Fitness Desk for all your cross-training needs, including incline trainers, ellipticals, and a stair trainer for the true mountain masochists.
For strength training, you will find a full compliment of free weights, heavy lat pull, seated row, military press, bench press, leg press and squat rack. We also have two dual-stack Cable Cross machines from FreeMotion Fitness.
The fitness deck is open to all customers who purchase a day pass or scan their membership card!
Our yoga studio is a great place to increase your strength and flexibility. With 750 square feet, we offer a variety of yoga classes and a pilates class. Yoga and pilates help climbers (and non-climbers) to avoid injury, increase core strength, bring calmness to their lives, and increase overall physical and mental health.
Why are climbing and yoga a good match? There are some essential similarities between yoga and climbing that make the two inseparable. With both, we find ourselves developing a certain level of awareness of our bodies. We begin to understand the importance of breath control, become mentally strong, and enhance our physical performance.
